6 months {pregnant with a baby boy}

Wow, it has been a busy start to the  summer and the rest of the month with only be busier!
That is why there has been a lack of blogging, every single night and day has been filled to the max with weddings, bbq's, dates, hair appointments, swimming, playing,  and breathing.

I finally got a second for Brett to squeeze in my 6 month pregnancy photo even though it is just a bit late.

I know most women don't like being pregnant in the summer, but I actually love it!  The clothes are just so much easier, lots of dresses (and no, I am not talking about moo moo's).  I also love knowing that for next summer I will have an older baby and that for this summer the care of my baby remains inside my belly, which is a bit easier at the moment :O)

I would be lying if I told you that I wasn't a little nervous or anxious to handle 4 children.  Of course it is going to be more work, and having a boy will be very different, but sometimes being blessed isn't always easier.  We didn't decide to have another child to make our lives easier, we simply wanted another because the Lord wanted us to and it is what is good for our family :O)   As the time quickly approaches for baby brother to come sometimes I get completely overwhelmed and sometimes I am just so excited and overjoyed!  It's kind of like what life it like now anyway, totally overwhelming at times, but so joyful!

Still loving mangos and lemonade, which works well with a summer pregnancy too.  I actually think I always l really like mangos and lemonade,  now I just have an excuse to eat them non-stop.   I better live it up these next few months!

  3. You look beautiful! I've only ever been pregnant in the winter, so I wonder what it would be alike to have a baby closer to summer - true about having an older baby in the summer next year, that is nice!
