Baby Sarah's room/Guest room

Slowly I have been working on baby Sarah's room with a ton of sewing help from my mom!  I decided not to paint it, it is a big room and I don't want to be in this house forever so I skipped the painting and got the color from the curtains and pillows.  The main theme for the room was a bird painting one of Carrisa's friends, Carla did.  Carla was inspired to paint after Carrisa died and I really wanted something meaningful in the room, and this was perfect!  It is forever a reminder of Carrisa, something Sarah will have.

Since we only have 3 bedrooms we decided to make the babies room a guest room also.  It is a huge room and baby Sarah doesn't need all that space by herself so it is perfect for when people come to visit.

  3. That is so cute! I love the way you decorate.

I might ask for your help when we have another baby! :-) I was just telling my husband last night that I'd want to re-paint and re-decorate our son's current bedroom when we add another baby to the mix, whether it's a boy or a girl. So I might be cyber-stalking you for tips and inspiration...
